If your item has any defects, such as torn parts, unclear designs, the wrong design, an incorrect size, or a different product than what you ordered (as indicated on your order invoice), and you can clearly demonstrate this in an unboxing video, we will gladly arrange a free reshipment or provide a full refund. 8. What does it mean “As mock up” option?
